Delivery & Shipping

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

 For UK deliveries please allow 3-5 business days for your package to arrive once dispatched. (Business days include Monday-Friday and exclude any UK bank holidays). Express delivery (1-2 business days) is available; however, orders must be placed before 9 am. For EU orders please allow up to 5 business days for your package to arrive once dispatched. For all other international orders please allow up to 10 business days for your package to arrive once dispatched. Express delivery is currently only available within the United Kingdom. We are working on offering this for international shipping.

How much does shipping cost?

UK standard delivery costs £4.99 and express delivery costs £6.99. Large orders are subject to an increased shipping rate, and this will be calculated at checkout. For outside of the UK deliveries, please refer to the table on our delivery page for specific delivery costs to your chosen area and estimated delivery times.

Will I be charged custom fees?

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs, import duties and/or handling fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are calculated based on the type and value of the goods. They must be paid by the recipient of the parcel and are not included in our shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, don’t worry, you can simply return the item to us within 14 days of receipt. As an eco-friendly company we are striving to go paperless, therefore when purchasing a swimsuit, you will receive a confirmation email which will be your proof of purchase. Please retain this. Please return the item in a new and unused condition with all the tags and labels in place. We will be unable to offer a refund if the hygiene sticker has been removed. Once we have received your item you will be notified via email. If the item meets the above requirements, allow 14 days from the date we receive your package to see the refund credited into your account.

How do I return an item?

UK customers - If you live in the UK, you can return your item free of charge. Simply email us on returns@seisorelle.com and we will email back with the return instructions and postage stickers. Please note that whilst you can return multiple items from one order, you cannot book multiple free returns from the same order. (If returning multiple swimsuits from one order we are only able to issue one free returns label to be used for one swimsuit).

International customers - Unfortunately, we do not currently offer free returns on purchases outside of the UK. When returning an item, please ensure you complete a customs declaration form. When filling out the form please mark the item as a ‘return’ to avoid any unnecessary customs charges. We recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How many days do I have to return an item?

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed. In the unlikely event of not hearing from us 7 days after sending your return, please contact us on returns@seisorelle.com and we will respond as soon as possible!

What happens if I refuse the delivery?

In the event that you refuse delivery, because you do not want to pay customs or for any other reason, you will receive a refund minus the initial delivery cost and the cost to have the package returned to us.

Do you offer an exchange policy? 

Currently, we do not offer an exchange option. If you want to replace your item in a different size, style or colour, please return your purchase for a full refund and order the item you love. If the item is defected or damaged, we apologise in advance and would like you to contact us at returns@seisorelle.com

Order Issues

What do I do if I have an issue with my order?

We take care in packing all orders with great attentiveness and care, however for any order issues such as faulty or incorrect items, please contact us on info@seisorelle.com . Please don’t forget to include your order number. We aim to respond within 2-3 working days but please be aware that during busy periods we may take longer to respond to your emails.

Can I amend my order after it has been placed?

Once you have placed your order, it is not possible for us to amend the order. If need be, please email us on info@seisorelle.com so that we can further assist you in this matter.

Where is my order?

You can track your order via the email you receive once it has been dispatched. If you have any issues, please contact us.

How do I find the right size swimsuit?

Please refer to our detailed size chart to help you choose the right size swimsuit. If you are in between sizes, we would recommend you size up.

How often do you restock?
